Booking and Cancellation Policy

Feeling Herd – Booking & Cancellation Policy

Feeling Herd provides equine-assisted coaching, ethical horsemanship, and training services. To ensure fairness, clarity, and respect for everyone’s time (human and horse), the following booking and cancellation policy applies to all sessions, workshops, and programs.

Bookings & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • Invoices must be paid prior to the session taking place

  • Sessions will not be held without payment being completed

  • Payment confirms your acceptance of this policy

Cancellation by Clients

We understand that life happens. However, because sessions involve advance planning, facility use, and the wellbeing of the horses, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session may be rescheduled or credited

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full

  • This includes no-shows, late arrivals that prevent the session from running, or cancellations due to personal circumstances

Cancellation by Feeling Herd

If Feeling Herd must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as horse wellbeing, extreme weather, illness, or safety concerns):

  • The client will not be charged

  • You will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule

The safety and wellbeing of both clients and horses always comes first.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the horses and other clients. Full session fees still apply.

Acknowledgement
